    This site is owned and maintained by Nipon Scope & Optics (“Nipon Scope”, “we” or “us”). If you wish to ask us anything about these terms and conditions, or have any comments or complaints on or about our website, please contact us.

    OUR PRODUCTS

  • We are committed to providing first class top quality products to our customers. All of our NIPON products are manufactured by specialist manufacturers with ISO certified quality management & control system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000. The quality and performance of all products are examined again before they are packaged and dispatched to you.

  • We endeavour to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, if you have any questions about our products, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • PAYMENT

  • Please note that all prices are in British pound sterling; all transactions shall be made in this currency.

  • All online payments will be processed via PayPal which is a safe and efficient approach. On checkout you will be automatically provided with the link to log into your PayPal account and pay directly to sales@nipon-scope.com. We also accept personal cheques, postal orders, and banker’s drafts/money orders. Cheques and bankers’ drafts/money orders must be made out in British pound sterling (payable to: Nipon Scope & Optics). Payment can also be made via online banking. Please contact us for further details.

  • DELIVERY

  • All items are in stock and ready to dispatch at the time of posting on our website.


  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and a contact telephone number. Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to a significant delay in delivery.


  • Most scopes are shipped by specialist courier (Parcelforce). For scopes, the UK P&P (postage & packaging) is £9.99 and this has been included in the price (this is purely for the convenience of system setting), so for UK customers there will be no additional postage required on checkout.

    The delivery usually takes around 2 to 3 working days. (Please note that UK delivery does not apply to Saturdays. Saturday delivery is an extra charge. Please contact us for details). Delivery progress can be tracked online using the tracking number which can be obtained on request.


  • Binoculars and other smaller items under 2kg will be shipped to UK destinations using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery (P&P: £6.99 for binoculars posted within the UK. Again this has been included in the marked price and no additional postage is required for UK customers).


  • All International Orders will be shipped using either Royal Mail International Signed-For, or a specialist international courier (such as Parcelforce International). There will be an additional postage charge on top of the marked price depending on destination. Postage within Europe - Binoculars: marked price +£9.99; Scopes: marked price + £29.99. Rest of world - Binoculars: marked price + £14.99; Scopes: marked price + £39.99. These postage details are available on checkout.


  • Please note that all these delivery services will require a signature for delivery — in case of non-delivery, please contact your local post office or depot in the first instance, as they may have tried to deliver at a time when no one was available to sign for the parcel.


  • Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. In case of non-delivery, please contact us to obtain the postage reference / parcel tracking number.


  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific countries at any time.


  • Items will be dispatched once payment has cleared. PayPal payments normally clear immediately, whereas cheque and money orders will take about four to five (4-5) working days to clear. Payment in the form of an “eCheque” can take 7-9 days to clear, so please make sure you are aware of this when making a payment.


  • Please allow one week for European delivery and about two weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.

  • RETURN POLICY

  • At Nipon Scope & Optics we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and therefore offer a no-quibble return policy.

  • If you do wish to return an item to us for an exchange or refund, please contact us to arrange this. A Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) code will be issued to you. Please write this code on the package or include a note inside the package to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the process.

  • Please note that returned items must be sent unused, unsoiled, complete with all its original packaging and parts, no later than 14 days from receipt.

  • For returning goods we advise that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or equivalent. Please retain the shipping reference number as proof of postage.

  • Refunds of the full product cost (excluding the postage - e.g., for all scope packages, P&P within the UK is £9.99) will be processed within 10 working days of the receipt of the returned product.

  • WARRANTY

  • All products from the NIPON online shop (www.nipon-scope.com) will have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. We warrant this Product to be in good working order during the period of warranty. The period of warranty commences on the date of purchase of the Product.

  • Unless agreed in writing, the Warranty will not apply: (a) because you have not used, stored or handled the Product prop­erly; or have not followed the instructions in the product manual, or those of the manufacturer (b) to loss of quality, degradation of performance or actual damage that results from the use of spare parts or other replaceable items (such as tripods) that are neither made nor recommended by Us; (c) because of external causes outside Our control which shall include accident, fire disaster or burglary; (f) because of faults caused by shock or fall, sand, dust, dirt, damp or corrosion, leaky batteries, repair or cleaning by unauthorised personnel.
